How Does It Work?
 
The Cane & Gavel marketing team will implement a well-rounded marketing campaign that incorporates elements of both advertising and public relations.
 
We begin by placing your property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in an effort to market your property prior to auction and attract realtors to register their buyers for the auction event. Additional marketing consists of newspaper advertising and related publications, multiple website listings, fliers, posting and signage. Targeted direct and electronic mail with followup marketing campaigns are additional tools utilized when needed. It all adds up to qualified and registered bidders at your Cane & Gavel real estate auction.
 
Our friendly auction site specialists will welcome and assist you for the preview inspection (open house). A smooth registration process also includes answers to any questions you may have while setting the tone and excitement for the real estate auction event. Now it’s time to relax, enjoy a refreshment and finalize your bidding strategy.
 
A warm welcome from auctioneer Charles Pfrang sets the tone for the event and a thorough description and listing of the terms and conditions follows. The opening bid is made and the rolling chant exercises the bidders’ interest. Before long, the high bid is reached and a short recess is taken to consult with the property owner before the gavel falls.
 
Then our professional and courteous closing team moves into action and you can rest assured your transaction will flow smoothly, effectively, and efficiently—from the opening bid to the closing table complete with a rewarding check for the seller and that very special set of keys for the buyer.
